HAIR EXTENSIONS

Due to federal health regulations, all BUNDLES, FRONTALS, CLOSURES, AND WIGS ARE FINAL SALE! We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately, Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best hair.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG LENGTH? If an exchange is approved hair cannot have any signs of being worn, Hair cannot be washed, cut, or taken out of the bundle after inspection the correct length will be shipped out to you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

We know sometimes things may come up, so All customers have 24 hours after purchase to cancel their order and money will be refunded back within 5 working business days.

Refunds/ Returns  (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and returned to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us sale@impeccablebeauties.com allow 24 hours for a response back . 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your products. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
